DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY IMPACT
The United Way of Rutland County seeks a part-time (20 hours per
week), creative, results-oriented Director of Community Impact.
The successful candidate will develop, implement, and evaluate
the organization’s Community Investment Process, community
service programs, and special initiatives to work towards achieving
long-lasting, meaningful community change. The incumbent will
develop and support policy development, media and marketing
materials, grant development, service organization and corporate
relationships. Prior experience in the areas of community health,
education or human services, program evaluation, outcomes,
and measurement systems is required. Ability to lead group
presentations and public speaking skills are a must. Familiarity with
request for proposal (RFP) processes is helpful.
